By using jitabet's website, mobile application and related services, you confirm that you have fully read these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. This agreement serves as a legally binding document between jitabet and the user.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any balance held in them may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by all methods). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposits should be made for the purpose of participating in gaming activities — using deposits for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering on eligible games.
• Bonus balance may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus-related fraud will result in account closure.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

jitabet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, jitabet reserves the right to void it. In such cases the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is completely cancelled, all related bets will be considered void and the stakes will be refunded. If a match starts later than scheduled or is abandoned midway, jitabet will determine the result according to standard rules.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply to various games and betting categories, as stated on the relevant game pages. Payment of large payouts may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
